The shropshire fastener is heated in fire then hammered on an anvil into a leaf like shape. The mild steel is then finished in our popular pewter patina finish.
Our new regency night vent fastener is a smooth rounded design, offering a simplistic elegance to any property. The night vent option allows the window to be held in a fixed open position.

Pewter Patina Finish - (For Internal or External Use)Our pewter finish is elegant and beautifully highlights the texture of the steel. The unique and complex process runs deep into the metal resulting in an unmatched contrast of texture and colour. This finish has been salt tested to 480 hours, which meets grade 5 British Standard. It has excellent anti-corrosive properties but we recommend that this finish is wiped with a lightly oiled cloth from time to time which will remove harmful deposits and maintain its original condition.
