Delivery Help Guide

Please note that delivery charges are for online orders only and are based on order values.

We deliver worldwide. All delivery charges are exclusive of VAT.

Deliveries are made between the hours of 08:00am and 8:00pm.

All items must be checked before signing and marked appropriately if damaged. “Unchecked” will no longer be accepted if a claim is necessary.

Please note that a full postcode is required for delivery.

All goods must be signed for.


UK Charges

Standard Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is 48 hours, with a 12:00pm deadline for despatch.

Orders placed after 1:00pm may not be despatched until the next working day.

Bank holidays are not working days and no orders will be processed or delivered on these days.

Weekend days are not included in the 48-hour delivery period.

UK Web Orders Only

£7 for orders between £1 and £99.99
FREE for orders over £100

Orders containing oversize items will be subject to a £20 surcharge.


Phone Orders – Next Day Delivery Charges

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until Monday, subject to status, excluding bank holidays.

Next Working Day: £10.00
Next Working Day by 12:00pm: £28.00
Next Working Day by 10:30am: £35.00
Next Day Saturday by 12:00pm: £35.00


Next Day Pallet Delivery Charges

When an item is added to the basket, the website will calculate the total order weight. If the weight reaches the pallet threshold, the website will apply a pallet charge to next day deliveries.

Rules of normal next day deliveries apply.

Next Day: £85.00
Next Day by 12:00pm: £125.00
Next Day by 10:30am: £150.00
Next Day Saturday by 12:00pm: £150.00

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending any goods back. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please include your order number, account details and reason for return with the returned goods.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once authorised, goods should be returned as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

As import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, refusal to pay these charges is treated as a refused delivery. Once the goods are returned to us, we will refund the goods value less any outbound carriage, return carriage, customs, courier or administration charges incurred as a result of the refusal, where applicable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide photographs where applicable so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

All items must be checked before signing for delivery. If goods arrive damaged, this must be noted with the courier at the time of delivery. Claims may be rejected if goods are signed for as received in good condition.

Special order, made-to-order, cut-to-size or non-stock items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
